Volvo Trucks is celebrating its approaching 100-year anniversary with the new Volvo 100 Year Edition, a special series based on its flagship FH Aero, FH, FH16 Aero and FH16 models. The trucks will be available to order from September 2026, ahead of the anniversary celebrations in 2027.
The limited edition goes beyond styling. Its redesigned cabin features premium two-tone leather and textile seating, illuminated doorsteps, configurable ambient lighting and a projected anniversary welcome light. Historic Volvo truck imagery is also incorporated into the curtains and speaker grilles.
The anniversary models retain the latest powertrain developments across electric, gas and diesel configurations, reflecting Volvo's broader focus on safety, energy efficiency and lower emissions. Selected FH and FH Aero variants have also achieved five-star Euro NCAP safety ratings.
Why It Matters: The anniversary edition demonstrates how Volvo is using its heritage not simply to look back, but to showcase a century-long evolution towards safer, cleaner and more productive trucking.
