MAN Truck & Bus increased global unit sales by 8% in the first half of 2026, delivering around 51,000 vehicles worldwide. The total included 32,000 trucks (+10%), 3,300 buses (+2%) and nearly 16,000 vans (+6%), while engine sales climbed 17% to almost 6,000 units. The company's electric vehicle business recorded the strongest momentum, with sales surging 37% to around 1,100 units, comprising approximately 600 eTrucks and more than 500 eBuses. Although most European markets performed well, demand in Germany remained comparatively subdued. Looking ahead, MAN will complete its battery-electric portfolio with the launch of the eTGM for urban distribution and the Lion's Coach E, joining the eTGX and eTGS heavy-duty models offering ranges of up to 570 km, while the new eCoach will deliver up to 650 km.
